Project Spotlight: Avenue One Headquarters | A Sophisticated Workspace in SoHo

When Avenue One set out to establish its headquarters in SoHo, New York, they envisioned an office that balanced functionality with high-end design, providing an elevated environment for their team. We were honored to partner with By the Studio to bring this vision to life.
A Workspace Designed for Collaboration and Comfort
The Avenue One Headquarters is a thoughtfully designed space that supports both productivity and collaboration. Spanning 7,000 square feet Designed and Constructed between 2021-2022, the office features a carefully curated mix of environments to accommodate different work styles and needs.
Conference rooms equipped for seamless meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Private and flex offices that provide a balance between focused work and team collaboration.
An open training floor designed to support growth and knowledge-sharing.
A spacious boardroom for executive meetings.
A library area that offers a quiet retreat for deep focus.
A pantry and co-mingling space that fosters team connection in a welcoming atmosphere.
Every aspect of the design was approached with intention, ensuring that the space was not just beautiful but also highly functional.
Material Selections That Elevate the Space
To reflect Avenue One’s modern and sophisticated brand, the headquarters incorporates a blend of high-quality materials and refined details.
Marble stone tabletops that add a luxurious yet timeless touch.
Rich wood flooring and custom millwork to bring warmth and depth to the space.
A rooftop skylight that floods the office with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
The result is a space that feels inviting yet elevated, embodying the company’s ethos of innovation and excellence.
Collaboration That Brought the Vision to Life
Bringing a project of this scale and complexity to fruition required the collective efforts of a talented team. Our team members—Glendys Mendez, Daniel Klawansky, Ivan Gartner, and Edith Chauca—were instrumental in ensuring that the project met the highest standards. From meticulous attention to building standards to execution and project management, each individual played a critical role in transforming the design into reality.
